Materials & Production

Our toys are crafted from PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane. We 3D print each piece in-house using premium-grade PLA for strength, lightweight comfort, and safe play.

Because every item is made-to-order, you may notice subtle layer lines or minor surface variations—these are natural to the 3D printing process and don't impact durability or function. Colour shades can also vary slightly between batches, adding to the handmade character of each toy.
